Privacy
This describes what we actually do. We do not sell your information. We do not share your resume, work history, or intake answers with anyone except the ClearForge crew working your pack, and you.
What we collect
Only what you type or upload on intake, plus what checkout needs:
- Name, email, target roles, years, skills, wins, optional LinkedIn and clearance tone
- Resume file or from-scratch work history / education
- Optional letterhead, style pick, and optional target-company name / job URL
- Payment confirmation from Stripe or PayPal (we do not store card numbers)
- If you accept the agreement: timestamp and policy version
Who sees it
- You
- ClearForge (Odysseaus and the Intake / Forge / Verify crew on our computer)
- Processors required to run the shop: Cloudflare (site), Forminit (form + files), Stripe or PayPal (payment), Google Workspace (support@ email)
We do not send your materials to advertisers, data brokers, recruiters, employers, or other customers. We do not use your pack as a public sample unless you later give a separate written yes.
How long we keep it
Sales records stay up to 12 months. Pack working files stay while we deliver, then we keep only what we need for support or tax. Email [email protected] to ask for a copy or a delete.
Security (honest)
Checkout and the site use HTTPS. Files live in Forminit and our working folders, visible only to the ClearForge crew. We do not claim bank-grade encryption we do not have. Do not upload SSN, full home address, or employee IDs.
Kids
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the version number on this page changes. A new version needs a new checkbox before intake.
